In contrast, I believe that Italian neorealism is slightly influenced by the U.S colony, because from Umberto D scene, the shot focuses on the character driven mode, and if those film makers want to make a different genre, I believe that the elements of classical Hollywood movies cannot be fully separated. Therefore this neorealism can be an inspiration movie making for certain genres, for example biopic, historical, and individuals story.
